Pump service on the Peninsula and in San Francisco.
By the Peninsula we mean San Mateo County and the cities beside it — San Francisco, San Mateo, Redwood City, Palo Alto, and the towns in between. The shop is in Stockton. This route is a regular part of the week, not a special trip.
Different buildings, same kind of help
Most of the mid-peninsula is on city water, so a dry well isn’t the usual call. What we see instead is a booster for an upper floor in Burlingame or San Mateo, a sewage ejector under a lower-level suite in Redwood City or San Carlos, or a small circulator that stopped bringing hot water to the far end of a restaurant.
The hills are a little different. Woodside, Portola Valley, Atherton, Hillsborough, and parts of the coast still have private wells and irrigation pumps on larger lots. Those are the same repairs we do around Stockton — just a different driveway, and we’re happy to make the trip.
HOA irrigation can be confusing: a shared booster, a tank in a closet, and several neighbors who each think the timer is the problem. If the pump lost prime or a seal failed, we can fix the pump. Landscape timer programming we leave to the gardener.
A few nearby cities are on this page too: South San Francisco, San Bruno, Daly City, Brisbane, Pacifica, and Half Moon Bay. If you’re in the East Bay — Oakland, Hayward, Fremont — just ask. Sometimes the day allows it, and we’ll tell you honestly if it doesn’t.
