Lift stations and duplex sets
Commercial stations are usually two submersible pumps on rails so one can be pulled while the other carries the pit. We pull, inspect impellers and seals, and put a working rotation back in service.
A sewer alarm is stressful, and you shouldn’t have to sort it out alone. We service lift stations, ejectors, and grinder pumps for restaurants, apartments, warehouses, and homes with a bathroom below the sewer line.
If any of these match, you’re in the right place. If it’s something else, just say so when you call.

Below-grade bathrooms, tenant improvements, and older buildings often depend on an ejector or a grinder because gravity never reached the street. Those pumps live in a basin under the floor. We service the pump, the check, and the alarm.
A new pump won’t help for long if the floats or the contactor have failed. We include the controls in the visit so the alarm doesn’t come right back.
It helps if we can reach the basin, turn the power off safely, and hear which fixtures drain to that pit. If the lid is buried under storage, the first visit may just be about finding the station — and that’s okay.
We focus on the pump and its controls. If the line itself is blocked or collapsed, that’s drain cleaning or underground work, and we’ll tell you kindly if that’s what we’re seeing.
Yes, please call. Tell us the address, what the alarm is doing, and whether anything is already overflowing. We’ll let you know the soonest we can be there. Try not to keep resetting a breaker on a pump that won’t turn.
Yes. Homes with a bathroom below the sewer line, or a grinder because the sewer is uphill, use the same kind of equipment. We’re happy to help with those too.
